Full 30-Days on all items except special orders. Simply return in original packaging in the same condition we sent to you. We refund price of merchandise. You pay for return shipping. If item charge included free shipping, returns will be subject to 7% restock fee. This charge will be deducted from customer credit.

Please note: for items made by America's Finest Lighting or Southern California Lighting there will be a 25% restock fee. These are American made, handmade goods, made to order.

All breakage and/or shortages (missing parts) must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods in order for us to provide replacements free of charge.

If the regular item is defective or broken in shipment we pay for all shipping in the replacement process. If the item is a hard-wired fixture please be sure you want to keep it before installing. We do not accept back installed items. Special Orders: Items we do not normally stock, but order specifically at your request, are guaranteed as to the quality and safe delivery, but there are no returns. If there is a quality problem or delivery problem we will send you a replacement of the same item.

On returns of $750.00 or more, we reserve the right to charge a Twenty Percent (20%) restocking fee.

Orders of $1250.00 or more or orders of more than six (6) items are not returnable.

Please allow 14-days for credit to be issued to your card.

We reserve the right to decline orders when there is a pricing error on our site.

Canada, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are shipped via U. S. Postal Service Priority Mail at Extra Cost. We quote postage for your approval before shipping.

If you must make a return you will need to contact us for a RGA #. Please make no returns without an RGA # as they will be refused. Please email your return request to service@thebrightspot.com
